Adrian completed a Bachelor of Science (Geology) in 1999 and began work as Mine Geologist for the Ranger Uranium Mine (ERA) in 2000. He transferred to Robe River’s West Angelas Operation in 2002 to primarily continue geological coverage and undertook a leading on-site role in both the slope management program and slope design studies for the open pit and waste dump regions. Adrian joined Hamersley Iron in 2004 as a Geological Engineer within their Pilbara based geotechnical group servicing the fly in/fly out operations of West Angelas, Brockman and
Marandoo. In 2006 Adrian was assigned a residential role at Tom Price as their Project Geotechnical Engineer principally involved with cut back investigations and geotechnical optimisation studies.

Adrian completed additional rock mechanics studies in collaboration with the University of British Columbia and since joining PSM in 2007 is playing a leading role in the Pilbara wide projects.
