The company was established in 1993 and brings together substantial experience in the fields of engineering geology, mining, rock mechanics, soil mechanics, hydrology and hydrogeology. The company comprises a group of more than forty
professionals as well as associated support staff operating from offices in Sydney, Perth, in Brisbane, Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast.
PSM has earned a reputation for innovative and practical engineering design and aims to be generally acknowledged amongst clients and peers as eminent in the field of geotechnical engineering and hydrology. Examples of our successful geotechnical investigation and design work include the Thredbo inquest on behalf of the Coroner, support design for the Eastern Distributor road tunnel in Sydney, the remediation work of the Melbourne City Link tunnels, and the Nakan Dam, which is the highest rock-fill dam in Indonesia.
